The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.106 dated 22.05.2018 registered under Sections 306, 34 IPC at Police Station Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners herein would contend that after investigation, petitioners were put in column No.2, however, they were summoned on application filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C. Apprehending their arrest, the instant petition was filed. 3.

By an order dated 23.01.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners and directed them to join the proceedings. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would contend that pursuant to order dated 23.01.2020, the petitioners have joined the proceedings before the trial Court and have been released on interim bail vide order dated 01.02.2020.

CRM-M No.2807 of 2020 (O&M) -24.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from SI Gurdeep Singh submits that the petitioners have join the proceedings before the trial Court.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have joined the proceedings, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 23.01.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute.
