*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to renew the passport of the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the passport already stands issued to the petitioner and therefore, she may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
