Bir Singh v. Vijay Singh And ORS
In the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, at Chandigarh Civil Revision No. 468 of 2019 (O&M) Date of Decision: 19.05.2022 Bir Singh ... Petitioner(s)
Versus
Vijay Singh and Others ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kshetarpal.
Present:
Mr. J.P.Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner(s).
Mr. Aman Sharma, Advocate for the respondent No.1 to 9.
Anil Kshetarpal, J.
1.
The petitioner herein is a plaintiff in the suit for grant of declaration that the registered transfer deed, executed by certain defendants in favour of other defendants, is not binding on her rights. 2.
When the case was at the stage of rebuttal, the defendants' application for permission to produce the entries of mutation of natural inheritance with respect to the release deed has been allowed. The mutation is merely an entry in the revenue record to update it. Such mutation neither confers any right nor gives rise to any cause of action. 3.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interference. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed. 4.
The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
