HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) CRM-48616-2022 This is an application for placing on record the documents i.e. order of framing charge and order dated 28.02.2022 as Annexures P-4 and P-5.

Criminal Misc. Application is allowed, as prayed for. Annexures P-4 and P-5 are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. CRM-M-2784-2020 Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing of FIR No.69 dated 27.04.2017 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Bhargo Camp, Jalandhar, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the aforesaid statement, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
