(ORAL) [1] Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case Rapat No. 30 dated 21.12.2018 under Sections 324, 452, 148 and 149 of IPC 1860, and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, in FIR No.275 dated 20.12.2018, under Sections 307, 341, 506, 148 and 149 of IPC 1860, and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station, Sadar, District Ferozepur.

[2] Learned State counsel on instructions from the officer concerned, submits that in compliance of order dated 22.01.2024, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for further interrogation.

[3] Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 22.01.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute, however, the MONIKA RANI 2024.02.22 10:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order
