JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The grievance of the petitioner, whose application for leave to contest, in the eviction petition filed under Section 13-B of the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act, 1949 Act by the NRIlandlord has been allowed vide order dated 09.12.2013, is that the leave to contest has been granted only on the issue of relationship between the landlord and the tenant, therefore, the prayer is for raising all permissible issues for adjudication of eviction petition. At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the orders passed in the connected revision bearing C.R.No.1204 of 2014, the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to raise all the permissible pleas in the eviction petition.
