RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.164, dated 03.08.2021, under Section 365 IPC (Section 363, 366, 376(3) IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, added later on), registered at Police Station Radaur, District Yamuna Nagar. Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that all the prosecution witnesses already stand examined and the case is fixed for examination of defence evidence.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to raise all his grievances before the trial Court. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
