Learned counsel for the respondent(s) submits that the arguments have been addressed on both the suits and the same are listed for order, therefore, the revision petitions have been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that a direction may be issued to the trial Court to decide the suits together. I do not deem to delve upon it, because the matter has already been heard and in my view, the revision petitions have been rendered infructuous as no cause of action survives.
