[2] This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 2, dated 10th January, 2021 under Sections 21(C) and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Behrampur, Gurdaspur.

[3] After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. [4] Dismissed as withdrawn.
