Learned State counsel submits that out of 51 PWs, 4 stand examined and earnest efforts shall be made to produce witnesses for their examination. 3.

Report of the Ld. Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gurugram, has been received wherein it has been stated that strenuous efforts shall be undertaken to take the trial towards its conclusion.

Disposed of. The trial Court is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the case within a period of 8 months in accordance with law. 5.
