This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to release salary to the petitioners at a pay-scale of Rs.44,900 (9300-3480+4600 GP) as per 7th CPC with effect from the date of their respective appointments as special teachers, in terms of Appendix-III of the Centrally Sponsored Scheme of 'Inclusive Education of the Disabled at Secondary Stage' duly approved in the meeting of the 7th General Council of SSA of Haryana School Shiksha Prayojna Parishad held on 19.12.2017. While issuing notice of motion in this writ petition, the competent authority was directed to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation OMKAR SINGH 2022.04.18 10:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

Learned counsel for the respondents has furnished a photocopy of order dated 23.04.2021 passed by the State Project Director, Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad, Panchkula whereby representation of the petitioners has been rejected. Copy of order 23.04.2021 is taken on record subject to just exceptions.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh challenging the said order dated 23.04.2021. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned. ( LISA GILL ) April 04 , 2022.
