Ms. Meenakshi Singh, Advocate, for the petitioner. ***** SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) Through this petition anticipatory bail has been sought in FIR No.36, dated 13.02.2017 registered at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar, under Sections 420 & 120-B IPC.

This is the 4th bail application. On 24.01.2020, the matter had been adjourned to today to enable the counsel for the petitioner to argue regarding the maintainability of the petition as according to the record, no changed circumstances exist since the passing of the previous order. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to inform this Court of any changed circumstances. She only submits that the petitioner is willing to surrender and that a compromise has been reached between the parties in 2015.

Thus, the present petition is held to be not maintainable and is dismissed. The petitioner shall be at liberty to surrender and seek regular bail.
