Mr. Rajesh K. Sheoran, Advocate for respondents No. 3 and 4. *** The case has been called for the 3rd time in the day. Vide order dated 24.11.2022, last opportunity was granted to counsel for the petitioner to address arguments with the observation that no further accommodation shall be allowed and case was adjourned to 14.12.2022. However, on that date since the counsel, who had appeared for the arguing counsel for the petitioner had stated that wife of the arguing counsel was unwell as such he was unable to appear and address arguments. Considering the nature of request, no harsh order was passed and case was adjourned for today clarifying that if for any reason counsel for the petitioner is unable to appear in the Court he will make arrangement for addressing arguments through some counsel. Nobody has appeared for the petitioner today despite that.
