SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) Sushmita Kumari Shukla and Sanjay, the petitioners before this Court, claim themselves to be major. They have pleaded that they have married against the wishes of respondent No.4 and seek protection to their life and liberty. They apprehend danger from respondent No.4. They have placed on record marriage certificate and photographs, Annexures P-5 and P-6, respectively evidencing their marriage. The petitioners have submitted a representation Annexure P-7 to Superintendent of Police, Panipat, District Jalandhar.
