H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 has placed on record copy of order dated 27.9.2019, passed by the trial Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Karnal, in terms of which the civil suit titled 'Vishal vs. Babu Singh', has since been withdrawn by the plaintiff for the reason of a compromise having taken place between the parties. This revision petition is with regard to the order passed by the trial Court in the said civil suit.

The civil suit having been withdrawn on the basis of compromise, the present revision petition has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
