(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 40 dated 19.03.2021 registered under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC at Police Station City Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-1) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer made, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition. Permitted to do so.
