***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) It has been brought to the notice of the Court that since the sale deed of the suit property had already been executed in favour of Ranjit Kaur, respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same.

In view of the submission, so made, the instant revision petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

However, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner that at the time of issuance of notice of motion on 28.07.2015, a condition was imposed about deposit of a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- by the petitioner SONU 2023.07.06 17:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

2023:PHHC:085130 CR-4681-2014 (O&M) before learned Lower Court, to express his bonafides. Also, it is submitted that needful was done and the receipt was placed on record on 18.02.2016. The said fact also finds mention in the order dated 18.02.2016. In view of the above, an appropriate application may be filed by the petitioner before learned Lower Court for seeking refund of the amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, earlier deposited, as directed by this Court and thereafter, learned Lower Court shall refund the amount, so deposited by the petitioner.
