Through the instant writ petition, prayer is made for setting aside the impugned order dated 10.09.2024 (Annexure P-10), as passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Haryana, Panchkula, and whereby, ad interim ex parte stay has been granted in Appeal Execution Application No.02 of 2024 filed by the respondents No.2 to 4.

Although the learned counsel for the petitioners addressed arguments claiming the impugned order to be illegal, however, keeping in view the larger object, i.e. adjudication of the lis, this Court deems it appropriate to, instead of deciding the issue appertaining to validity of the impugned order, direct the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Haryana, Panchkula to make endeavour to decide the Appeal Execution Application (supra) preferably within three months from today, as the dispute relates to money decree. It is expected that the petitioner shall, within a week from today, make an apposite application for preponement of the Appeal Execution Application (supra) before State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Haryana, Panchkula, thereby enabling the latter to make compliance of the directions (supra).
