******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these petitions with prayer that petitioners be allowed reasonable time for vacating and handing over the possession of the demised premises to the respondents-landlords. In view of request of learned counsel for petitioners, these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Revision petitioners are allowed period of one year from today to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to respondents-landlords, subject to the following terms:- (i) The petitioners-tenants will pay/deposit the entire due rent upto 28th February 2018 within two weeks.
(ii) They will keep on paying/depositing the advance rent/mesne Jitender Kumar 2018.02.26 12:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
CR-454-2018 -2profits of subsequent months upto 28.02.2019 on or before 7th day of each month.
(iii) They will file affidavit before the Executing Court within three weeks giving details of entire payment of rent/mesne profits and undertaking to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondent on or before 28.02.2019. In case of default in compliance of any of the above terms, the respondent-landlord will be entitled to execute the order of ejectment forthwith.
The order has been passed in the absence of respondents to avoid unnecessary delay and expenses. A copy of this order be conveyed to the respondents. In the event of respondent having any objection, they may file application to that effect. On receipt of the application, the same be listed for hearing.
