The learned counsel representing the parties are ad idem that against the order granting temporary injunction in favour of the petitioner, the first appeal filed by the defendants is pending before the First Appellate Court. They jointly pray for disposal of the revision petition with request to the First Appellate Court to decide the pending appeal within a specified time.

Keeping in view the limited prayer made in the revision petition, the First Appellate Court is directed to dispose of the pending miscellaneous appeal within a period of next two months uninfluenced with the observations made in the impugned order.
