Versus

Municipal Corporation Gurgaon, Haryana ......Respondent

Present:

Mr. Kunal Dawar, Advocate for the petitioner.

CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.

Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?

2.

To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.

It is pitiful and frivolous on the part of the plaintiff to complain that one more opportunity has been given to the defendant. If the trial Court thought after passing an order originally closing the defendant's side that the defendant will have one more opportunity to produce two more witnesses, the trial Judge ought to have the discretion to decide on how the trial will go. The plaintiff will not have a cause for complaint in revision petitions.

2.

The revision petitions are dismissed as frivolous. (K. KANNAN) JUDGE August 07, 2015 Pankaj* PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.08.11 16:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
