Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This is a petition seeking directions to respondent Nos.4 and 5 to submit cancellation report in case FIR No.390 dated 08.10.2021 under Sections 323, 324, 34 IPC registered at Police Station, Civil Line, Sirsa (Annexure P-1).

Learned State counsel has filed status report dated 14.03.2023 which is taken on record. As per the report, during investigation of the case, allegations levelled against the petitioner were not true. It was found, neither the petitioner was having knife at the time of alleged occurrence nor had she inflicted any injury to the complainant. Therefore, cancellation report has been prepared which is in the process of being presented before the Court.
