The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.61 dated 21.07.2022 registered under Sections 363/366-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Bariwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the cancellation report in the present case has since been accepted by the Illaqa Magistrate and in view thereof the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
