In the award passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat, the respondents were to provide the basic facilities in the existing industrial area. Complaining failure to provide the facilities, the petitioner has filed the execution petition which was disposed of after noting that the basic facilities have been provided.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that some encroachments have not been removed by the respondents. The aforesaid matter can be better considered by the respondents on the DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.12.14 10:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
