(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 005 dated 06.01.2018, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 452 506 IPC (Section 325 IPC added later on) at Police Station Bicchor, District Nuh. As per office report, learned counsel for the petitioner has concealed the factum of dismissal of earlier petition for grant of anticipatory bail bearing CRM-M-12305-2019 on 02.04.2019, qua petitioner No. 1-Saddam.

When the Court was intending to lodge FIR against petitioner No. 1 for committing fraud with the Court, learned counsel for the petitioners persistently requests that to not to do so and permit him to withdraw the instant petition and petitioner No. 1-be pardon by imposing some fine.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as RISHU KATARIA 2020.01.27 17:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-2866-2020 -2withdrawn. A sum of ` 30,000/- is imposed as fine upon petitioner No. 1-Saddam, to be deposited with the State under the relevant head, within a week from today.
