(Oral) The instant petition is second petition seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered against him vide FIR No. 59, dated 02.7.2022, Police Station Phul, District Bathinda, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC.

The petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking same relief. Said petition was dismissed on merits. Thereafter, the petitioner chose to move before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, but withdrew the same. In view of the aforestated position and while also bearing in mind the ratio of Lavesh Vs. State (NCT of Delhi) 2012(8) SCC 730 this Court does not deem it appropriate to entertain this petition.
