Petitioner Bhupinder Kaur who is accused in case FIR No. 552 dated 22.5.2020 under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC, Police Station Ambala City, District Ambala, has come up in this second anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. (the first one having been declined on 15.7.2020).

This Court in its detailed order passed in the previous similar bail application Annexure P/7 has detailed at length the reasons for dismissing her plea for anticipatory bail.
