HON'BLE MR. District Judge, Jagadhari whereby in the execution of a decretal amount determined by the Arbitrator vide Award dated 06.04.2011, the outstanding amount of Rs.3,60,000/- has been ordered to be paid in three instalments, failing which, the JDs are to be sent in civil imprisonment as per law.
It is apparent that the instalments have been permitted on the request of learned counsel for the judgment debtors themselves. At the time of hearing, after making some submissions and having failed to convince this Court, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
