Present:

Mr. Nipun Vashist, Advocate for the petitioner.

CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.

Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?

2.

To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.

The application for impleadment filed by the paternal uncle in a petition filed by the mother for permission to sell the property has been dismissed. If notice has been directed to be issued to the general public and if an uncle makes an objection, the same could have been considered even without impleadment. Although the application has been dismissed, I allow for an objection to be taken by the petitioner as member of the general public and state whatever contentions he wants to make.

2.

With this clarification, the civil revision is disposed of. (K. KANNAN) JUDGE August 07, 2015 Pankaj* PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.08.10 12:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
