It is not possible to entertain a revision petition against an order passed by the MACT where the permission is sought for withdrawal of certain amounts standing in the name of minor children. There is already an appeal pending against the award passed by the Tribunal and the petitioner may approach the High Court in the said appeal for any direction for withdrawal of the amount setting out any justification for premature withdrawal of the amount ordered to be deposited in the name of minor children and directed to be held in the name of the minors during the period of minority.
2.
With this liberty, the revision petition is dismissed. (K. KANNAN) JUDGE August 07, 2015 Pankaj* PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.08.10 12:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
