(ORAL) Through the instant writ petition filed under Articles 226/ 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is, inter alia, seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents to take appropriate legal action against the private respondents, who allegedly attacked the petitioner. 2.
Heard.
3. Prima facie, it seems to be a totally private dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents herein. However, only in the interest of maintaining law & order, public peace and tranquillity,that being the bounden duty of public officials/official respondents, let the pending representation dated 20.10.2020 (Annexure P-9) be looked into by the competent authority in the office of respondent No.4 and in case, there is any apprehension or threat to law and order, proceed in accordance with law thereafter.
