Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with submission that petitioner is landlord and had filed the ejectment petition in the year 2012, in which ejectment order was passed on 20.04.2017, which has been set aside on the application of the respondent under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC. The petitioner does not want to prolong the matter and the learned Rent Controller may be directed to expedite the proceedings in the petition filed by the petitioner and decide the same at the earliest.

Dismissed as withdrawn. The Rent Controller, Ambala is directed to expedite the proceedings in the petition filed by the petitioner seeking ejectment of respondent and decide the same at the earliest preferably within six months.
