***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, the counsel for respondent No.1 has submitted that compromise has been effected between the parties, on 02.06.2022 and he has supplied the copy of the compromise, so reached between the parties, which is taken on record.

In view of paragraph No.7 of the compromise, the counsel for respondent No.1 submits that, the present revision petition is bound to be withdrawn.

The counsel for the petitioner, after going through the contents of the aforesaid compromise, submits that in view of the contents of paragraph No.7 of compromise, at this stage, he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. However, at this stage, the counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty be granted to seek revival of the revision petition, in the eventuality of the genuineness of the compromise being raised. Ordered accordingly.
