Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the landlord has already taken the possession over the tenanted premises pursuant to a subsequent order of eviction passed against the petitioner vide judgment dated 20.02.2019 by the learned Rent Controller (NRI Court), Jalandhar.
Keeping in view the fact that the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
