RAJESH BINDAL, J The only grievance of the petitioner is that this Court vide order dated 9.11.2009 directed the learned court below to revive the execution and pass appropriate order in accordance with law on the application already moved by the auction purchaser for issuance of sale certificate. The grievance is that ever since then the proceedings are pending and the court has not disposed of the same.

Considering the fact that the directions were issued by this Court more than five years back, the execution is still pending, learned court below is directed to conclude the same on or before October 30, 2015. The petition stands disposed of.
