(ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellant has produced copy of the order dated 06.03.2020 whereby petition filed by the parties under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been allowed and marriage between them stands dissolved by way of decree of divorce on the basis of mutual consent. The same is taken on record as Annexure A-1. Learned counsel, therefore, seeks to withdraw this appeal. Dismissed as withdrawn.
