(ORAL) Petition herein is under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking inter alia issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the impugned notice (Annexure P-2) and Public notices issued allegedly under the garb of a Policy dated 15.06.2016. On a query of the Court qua locus standi of the petitioner no satisfactory justification has come forth. Record appended neither reveals if the petitioner applied for allotment of any ration depot either at Patiala or Ludhiana as no proof is annexed, nor even otherwise there is any averment in the petition as argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner had downloaded the application and personally gone with the hard copy thereof, to be submitted before the District Controller, Food and Supplies, Ludhiana,but the said application was not accepted.
