The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.0618 dated 28.12.2021 registered under Section 346 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala along with consequential proceedings, on merits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition inasmuch as the cancellation report stands accepted by the Illaqa Magistrate.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
