(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 439 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of interim/temporary bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.409 dated 05.12.2018 registered under Section 15 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Ladwa, District Kurukshetra, Haryana, to attend the marriage of his son.

In compliance of order dated 24.01.2019, learned State counsel verifies the factum of marriage of son of the petitioner scheduled to be performed on 08.02.2019.

Heard.

Considering overall facts and circumstances, petitioner is granted interim bail for three weeks from 03.02.2019 to 23.02.2019. Petitioner shall be released on his furnishing bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court for the said period.
