Petitioner has posed a challenge to order passed by the court rejecting his application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC. Admittedly, trial of the case is at its fag end. Trial court is also seized of the issue regarding dispossession of the petitioner during pendency of the suit despite injunction order existing in his favour. This court is not inclined to interfere in revisional jurisdiction. It is, however, made clear that trial court shall be at liberty to act as per law.
