ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) Learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kaithal, (hereinafter referred to as 'the Tribunal') had decided 10 claims petitions by one common judgment.
The Insurance Company filed 12 appeals and one revision petition as the compensation awarded was less than Rs.10,000/-. All these appeals were decided by this Court on 15.03.2012, remanding the cases to the learned Tribunal, after allowing applications for additional evidence. In this revision petition, reliance was placed on FAO No.3208 of 2011 and other connected cases when the matter came before this Court in motion hearing. However, when the appeals were decided somehow this revision petition was not attached.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the revision petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this court on 15.03.2012 in FAO No.3199 of 2011 and other connected cases.
