(ORAL) The revision petition is against the order dated 21.06.2016 vide which the lower Appellate Court has, while admitting the misc. appeal filed against ad interim order dated 27.05.2016 granting injunction, stayed the operation of the order.

Mr. Shiv Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it tantamounts to allowing the appeal and in the garb of the order, the respondent-defendant is threatening to dispossess the petitioner-plaintiff. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and appraised the paper book and of the view that the petitioner ought to avail the remedy of seeking vacation of the stay before the lower Appellate Court. Let this exercise be done within a period of one week from today and thereafter, the lower Appellate Court shall decide the appeal within one month and also consider the objections viz-a-viz staying operation of the interim order.
