(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, pending trial in Criminal Complaint No. 971 dated 19.08.2014 titled as ' Konsult Partners vs. Purab Urja Pvt. Ltd. & Others' under Section 138 read with Section 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Vide order dated 23.01.2019, arrest of the petitioner was stayed.

Today it has been brought to the notice of this Court that compromise dated 03.05.2019 has been effected between the parties. As per the compromise, the entire amount along with interest has been paid and all SATYAWAN 2019.11.30 09:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-2945-2019 the disputes pending between the parties will be withdrawn. This fact is not disputed by Mr. S.S. Sidhu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2-complainant.

Since the compromise has been effected, the interim order dated 23.01.2019 is made absolute.

Petition stands allowed.
