The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.166, dated 03.03.2021, registered under Sections 323, 34 & 506 IPC (Sections 148, 149, 201, 302 & 120B IPC added and Section 34 IPC deleted later on) at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition on account of the fact that the petitioner stands acquitted vide judgment dated 20.03.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mahendergarh. 3.
