Present writ petition has been filed with a prayer that the petitioners be not transferred keeping in view the terms and conditions of their contract and they should also be paid the travel allowance as well as dearness allowance as per the service Bye-laws of year 2018 which govern their services.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate representation. 6.
