Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - The Superintendent Jail, Central Jail, Sri Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran to ensure that the requisite medical treatment, if required by the petitioner, is made available to him. It is further clarifed that in case any specialized treatment is required or advised by the doctor concerned, then requisite arrangement shall be made for the same.

2. A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.3 - The Superintendent Jail, Central Jail, Sri Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran for necessary compliance.
