(Oral) The petitioner-husband is aggrieved of the maintenance pendente lite awarded to the tune of Rs.7,500/- per month in divorce petition filed by him considering his income at the rate of Rs.33,402/- and also the fact that 12 years son is also staying with the petitioner. Having taken into consideration the status of the parties and income of the petitioner, the Court below has assessed the maintenance pendente lite to the tune of Rs.7500/- per month and Rs.5500/- as litigation expenses.

I am of the view that maintenance pendente lite awarded is not phenomenal and perfectly in consonance with the income and status of the petitioner. No ground is made out to interfere in the impugned order, much less, the same cannot be said to have been passed without jurisdiction. Accordingly, the revision petition stands dismissed.
