The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 10.09.2024 passed in CWP-141012004, whereby, a direction was issued to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondents contends that in compliance of order dated 10.09.2024, speaking order dated 19.03.2026 has been passed. The same is taken on the record and a copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

A perusal of speaking order dated 19.03.2026 shows that order dated 10.09.2024 passed in CWP-14101-2004 has been complied with. 4.
In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged.
