Present:
Mr. Gagandeep Singh Sirphikhi, Advocate for the petitioner.
CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.
Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The counsel appearing for the revision petitioner after making some argument says that the person who was directed to be impleaded as party may be impleaded as such in the manner that the Court has directed but the issue of whether the defendant was the legal representative claiming as wife of the deceased-defendant would be left open for a decision at the trial.
2.
The revision petition is disposed of taking note of the submissions of the counsel as requiring no further adjudication and that the issue of defendant's status as representative to claim the estate of the deceased will be a matter for consideration in appropriate proceedings or in the very same suit if such an issue becomes relevant.
