ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(oral) The husband has come up in revision petition against order dated 20.04.2017 (Annexure P-5), fixing maintenance pendente lite, under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

It has been found by the trial Court that the husband is serving in CRPF and net paid amount as per his pay slip for the month of February, 2017, is Rs.30244/-. Wife has only been granted maintenance of Rs.7500/- per month, which is less then 1/4th of the amount. Therefore, I find no ground to interfere with the order passed by the trial Court.

The revision petition is dismissed.
